Mick is our co-founder and COO. With a masters degree in computer science and various legal and accounting qualifications, he began his career implementing Pan-European ERP systems. This led to his passion for data warehousing and business intelligence solutions which is how he met Simon and the formation of Tahola.

Chris is our CFO. A graduate engineer and Chartered Accountant, his work in technology businesses draws on his experience of a range of jurisdictions including Africa, the US, Canada, mainland Europe and the UK. He’s been with us since January 2020 – taking the role of CFO in June of that year.

Simon is our co-founder and CCO leading our marketing and sales functions. After training in accountancy, Simon chose to pursue a career in IT where he met Mick and formed Tahola. Today, he manages all of our partner and customer relationships. He’s passionate about using data for good and works closely with customers to ensure they maximise the value from their investment.

Ross is our Director of Enterprise Planning and a graduate from the University of Nottingham. A CIMA chartered accountant, Ross has returned to his finance system roots and will focus on growing our new Enterprise Planning practice. He previously worked as a finance professional at TopGolf, managing finance teams and implementing finance systems in the UK and US. It was during this time that Ross was introduced to the value of data through Tahola and eventually joined the company as a Qlik Consultant 9 years ago.

Nick is our Director of Professional Services and is managing the delivery team across Qlik and Data Engineering. He holds a degree in Mathematics and Statistics and is passionate about data and analytics. Nick established his love for data and analytics working for the NHS providing analysis for his local acute hospital trust. He joined Tahola more than fifteen years ago as an IBM Cognos consultant and has since developed Tahola’s data engineering function into an industry-leading team.
