Objectives

Revolution wanted a clear picture of the impact of their partnerships with universities. They needed a system that could track and report on the revenue they were generating, keep them up to speed with the commission they owed and assess the loyalty of the students they engaged with.

Solution

We captured the loyalty and sales data in a Microsoft SQL data warehouse and presented it in IBM Cognos Analytics. A suite of sales and loyalty reports were developed to support Revolution’s marketing initiatives, enabling them to focus on the societies where they could see they were having the greatest impact, and save money elsewhere.

Results
